The physical fan stand that at HSE has now gone digital with their own site https://hsefanstand.square.site/.  We do not process orders for that store and will not have any information about an order you have placed there.  Please reach out the the high school directly hsefanstand@gmail.com about any orders placed on that site.

Production Times

All products are made-to-order - which means your HSE apparel or accessory item is unique to YOU! Please be advised that production on your order may take up to two weeks, depending on the item and the volume of orders. We will do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner.

Shipping & Delivery

If you do not receive a shipping notification within 2-weeks of placing your order, please contact us.

Note: Shipping and handling charges apply to Continental U.S. orders only. 

Returns & Replacements

Because of the custom nature of the products sold through this site, orders are not refundable. However, The Fan Stand and Tactive strive to provide you with high quality goods that are free of defects and errors. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Please call within 2-days of receiving your order. Merchandise that shows signs of wear or washing will not be accepted, with exceptions being made for the quality of garment itself.
